Hotel's most demanded recipe is the chocolate cake: Ingredients are 2 cups of sugar, 4 eggs, 1 vanilla,I baking poıoder, 1 pack of melted butier, 1 cup of milk, 1 pack of cacşo, 2,5 cups of flour. Mix the ingredients and separate one cup bifore adding flour. Add flour to and stir the remaining mixture, and pour into the oven tray which you have greased and poured flour in advance. After baking the mixture in oven, pour the separated cup of mixture and dust the cake with coconut. Cake is now ready to serve.
